For the same bus that we made the rear floor panel for, we also made a composite floor panel.

Again we used vacuum infusion to make the prototype. The picture below was taken appoxtimately halfway through the infusion process. In the rear half of the product the resin has infused the fiberglass, making it translucent. In the front half of the product the uninfused fiberglass is still visible.
